For Your Cupboard Under the Sink
So, let's start with your under the sink cabinet. Get yourself some two or three tier lengthwise shelves placed in a step wise fashion with the taller items on the top shelf and working down to bottom shelf. Use of these shelves allow you to see your cleaning products, etc quite clearly without having to hunt for them.

Baby steps aren't just for babies. Taking baby steps is the healthy fun way to get your life organized. Monster steps will stop you in your tracks.
