Although this style of decorating often has a somewhat random appearance, it's actually more effective if you do a bit of pre-planning. If you already have this style throughout the rest of your home, then it should be easy to add accessories that will help your foyer blend right in. You can even create interesting photo frames by gluing old pieces of hardware around plain wood or painted frames. You can add to the overall look by replacing your front door knob with an antique variety.
